2. General Provisions

The contract is concluded when the Buyer places an order and receives payment confirmation.
The Seller may amend these Terms at any time.

3. Personal Data

Personal data is processed for order fulfillment purposes only.
Card data is not stored by the Seller.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. All payments are processed in Euro (EUR).

4.2. Payment methods:

Card payments via Klix

Visa, Mastercard and other Klix-supported cards.
Buyer is redirected to secure Klix environment.
Card data is not stored by the Seller.
Payment is completed upon Klix confirmation.

Online banking via Klix (if available)

Payment confirmed via bank system.

PayPal

Payment confirmed by PayPal system.

Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
Confirmation is displayed on screen and sent by email.

5. Delivery

Buyer must provide accurate delivery information and inspect goods upon receipt.

6. Returns and Refunds

Buyer may withdraw within 14 calendar days.
Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days after returned goods are received.
Refunds are made using the same payment method:

Card payments refunded to the same card;

PayPal payments refunded to the same PayPal account.
